Shipping Policy

Shipping Schedule

At Union & Legacy, we currently ship orders three times per week:

• Monday
• Wednesday
• Friday

Orders are processed in the order they are received.

Order Processing

• Orders placed before 12:00 PM Eastern Time on a shipping day will generally ship the same day.
• Orders placed after the cutoff will ship on the next scheduled shipping day.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next available shipping day.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.

Shipping Rates

We currently offer Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders.

Delivery Times

After your order ships, most deliveries arrive within 2–7 business days, depending on your location and the carrier.

Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and may be affected by weather, holidays, or other unforeseen delays.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date), and we'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
