Because our products are collectible and commemorative items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect item ordered
- Buyer's remorse
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and its packaging
After reviewing your claim, we'll determine whether a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution is warranted.
